The spa complex is new, clean and pleasant. The restaurant is nicely renovated too and the food is very good. Breakfast quite rich and tasteful. The whole structure , excluding the double rooms, is very nice and recently renovated in a calm position (far from the center of Siofok, u must have car). Considering the spa, the restaurant and the nice structure in any case price is convenient.
At the arrival it was bit complicated to let them accept the price from Booked.net. At the end they "accepted" but with credit card they applied a change €/huf almost 10% higher... I reccomend to take with you € cash for the payment. Moreover the stuff is not bad but in the night at the restaurant 15 mins before the closing time a rough mustached waiter with rude manners ordered us to hurry for the dinner. Kind of "drive away" the customers... The double rooms are very small and poor. Bathroom small and inadequate.

The hotel is located in close proximity to the beach and has a lovely garden. the staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is superb, offering a variety of options to choose from. the vintage-style rooms give a cozy and comfortable feel to stay in.
Some guests have mentioned that the exterior pool was not well lit in the evening.

Staff was very nice. It's a family business and you can feel this. The owners still work there, you can imagine the quality control - for example the breakfast was supervised by one of them - everything was perfect. Talking about the breakfast it was nice and more than enough, with juice, tea, whatever you want.
My bathroom wasn't the best ever, there was no shelf in the front of the mirror. It was clean and good, no question about this. I guess they will fix it very soon, it was just a bit strange.

We enjoyed the great breakfast with a variety of delicious options and the amazing location at a short walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The view from the room balcony was breathtaking as we were able to admire the beautiful surroundings.
The cleanliness in the room left a lot to be desired and the staff wasn't very accommodating when it comes to providing basic necessities such as extra towels or toilet paper. Additionally, the pool was poorly maintained and didn't look safe to swim in. we had a mixed experience at this hotel during our city trip.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects included the beautiful garden and proximity to the town center and beach. We loved the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff, especially Krištof and the cleaning crew. Parking was easy and hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Nothing negative to say.

The buffet breakfast was actually pretty good and had a lot of variety. the location was great because it was close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel also had a nice fitness and wellness area that I enjoyed using after a long day of work.
The hotel itself was quite old and outdated. The rooms felt dirty and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not up to standard.

The hotel's location in the nice garden next to the beach is a major highlight, allowing guests to easily access the beautiful Siofok town centre and Balaton beaches. Additionally, the staff were helpful and attentive, making sure that our needs were well taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and offered basic amenities, and the breakfast selection was satisfying, providing a good start to the day.
Our experience was satisfactory.
